Making Your Trip Affordable

Cost is an important consideration for students and their families when deciding whether to participate in an educational tour. There are a number of ways you can help ease the financial burden of a trip for students and their families:
Dollar sign
Be sure to tell parents about our Automatic Payments Plan. It’s free, easy and lets families space payments out over a longer period of time.
Fundraising
Start fundraising! There are countless ways your group can defray the cost of trips, from selling fair trade chocolates and coffee, to creative events, to good old fashioned bake sales. Check out our fundraising page for ideas and links.
scholarship
Encourage your students to enter our annual scholarship contest. Students can win up to $1,000 toward the cost of their trip.
communication
Most of all, be sure to keep parents up to date on trip costs and any changes, and listen to their concerns. Good communication is essential to getting students and their parents on board.
