Educational Experience

ACIS tours combine just the right mix of educational excursions and free time for exploration. Each day is unique and your daily schedule will vary depending on whether you’re on a travel-intensive program or a more leisurely paced single-city program. A typical day involves sightseeing or a local excursion for half the day and free time for the other half. During free time you and your group might participate in a scavenger hunt your tour manager created, explore a museum specific to your group’s interests or shop for souvenirs. Our tours are fast-paced so you can get the most out of your time abroad.

At ACIS, we take the welfare of each and every participant on our tours very seriously. We are equally committed to ensuring that all of our travelers return home safely. Our safety and support infrastructure has been a cornerstone of our business for more than 30 years and includes the following measures. 

Participant Protection

All ACIS participant payments are protected. As part of the AIFS group, we carry a $50 million general liability insurance policy, as well as a $1 million indemnity bond with the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) as part of their Travelers Assistance Program.
