Determining your eligibility is easy:
1. Choose the deadline you plan to meet at the top of the chart.
2. Select your anticipated number of participants on the left of the chart.
3. The corresponding Global Conference or cash option you qualify for can be found in the chart at the bottom of the page.
Travel on any conference offered within the level you qualify for, or choose from any of the conferences listed at a lower level.

Enjoy a trip with your spouse or friend for the cost listed in our Companion Chart. If there is no cost provided for your preferred gateway, note this on your Global Conference Registration Form and we will contact you with the price from the closest gateway.
Register
All ACIS Global Conferences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and some have limited registration space. We encourage travelers to register for their chosen conference as soon as possible. We will not accept applications, online submissions or changes after the dates listed below.

Confirm Details
After you have submitted your online registration form or sent in your paper registration form from our Download Center, you can verify your registration at a later date in My Account.
ACIS will email you a conference Program Summary once your eligibility has been verified. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy and call your ACIS Tour Consultant at 800.888.ACIS with any changes or questions.
Any airline tickets and hotel confirmations will be emailed within one week of departure. All accounts must be paid in full before tickets are released. Any balances still unpaid one month prior to departure will result in cancellation of the participant. In this case, ACIS will not be able to provide the cash alternative or reschedule conferences for any participant canceled for non-payment.
