Job Description
The Director of Encore Performance Tours is responsible for reaching established sales, revenue and profitability goals which includes product planning, marketing, and selling. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership for achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision. Plans and executes strategies to expand the client base. Also includes working with other departments – overseas operations, administration, flights, and marketing – to ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales plan and strategy to ensure the attainment of sales goals and profitability
- Propose an overall budget so ensure success
- Set pricing with sales staff to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Oversee sales staff and ensure they are reaching their sales targets
- Provide timely feedback to senior management
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Oversees product delivery for quality assurance
- Maintains contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Act as a leader in the organization
Job Specifications
- Minimum five years experience in sales management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Extensive experience in selling within the international performance or educational space
- Commitment to quality and excellence
- Demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate with a variety of people
- Proven leadership and ability to drive the sales team
